Its time for Operation Belly and Chin removal. Although by the sounds of it, I don't need to lose much weight as compared to one of my friends!!!! He knows who he is but I won't mention his name as I wouldn't want to embarrass him ;-)

Good to hear that you are heading to the gym...I myself am very proud of my B-cups...I am thinking of containing them in a Seinfeldesque 'manzeer' or the 'bro' for short. Never could find my way to the gym....maybe you are searching for something in the female line that looks good in lycra????????? Happy Blogging...
I think you might be onto something Geoff. Trouble is when I go to the gym, during the day, its full of middle aged women :-(

I am glad I have seen this blogg site before going to the La Vive and having quite a shock at seeing Garry there pumping 0.2KG weights.
